Terms of use.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of legplan.ch by registered beta users. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

2. Beta status

legplan is a private beta application. There is <strong class="text-ink">no availability guarantee</strong>, no commercial service level, and no paid functionality. Data may be lost in the event of technical issues — we make every effort to prevent this but provide no guarantee.

3. No medical advice

legplan generates training and nutrition suggestions using AI models. <strong class="text-ink">These suggestions do not constitute medical, nutritional, or sports-science advice</strong> and do not replace a visit to a doctor. Before starting any training or diet plan you should consult a doctor — especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are under 18.

You use legplan at your own risk.

4. Account and obligations

  • The information provided must be truthful.
  • One account per person.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your password.
  • If you connect Garmin Connect, you provide your Garmin credentials voluntarily — they are stored encrypted at the application layer and used only for data synchronisation.

5. AI-generated content

Training plans, workout suggestions, photo analyses, and macro estimates are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude API). These may contain errors. You can manually correct any values at any time or trigger re-analyses. We provide no guarantee of the accuracy of AI estimates — they are intended as guidance only.

6. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time by email at rolipos@gmail.com All your data will be removed within 7 days.

7. Liability

The operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. In particular, no liability is accepted for health consequences arising from use of the training or nutrition suggestions, for data loss, or for outages of third-party providers (Anthropic, Garmin).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Existing users will be notified by email of any material changes.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of residence.
